The good news is that I’ve found a reasonably priced printer that can allow me to do this and I’ve decided to do a limited run (500 copies worldwide) of the book. I’m not running any discounts on the hard copy of the book so it is retailing at the full price of $127. You do of course get all the same extra bonuses and electronic updates as the regular purchasers of the ebook edition.
